HME Providers has an alliance with many vendors in the industry, one of them being Infopia USA, a manufacturer of disease management systems. Infopia manufacturers a variety of diabetic meters and a device that takes all downloaded results and transmits to a secured website to track and display readings. It eliminates the need for logbooks for the patient and proves usage and outcome for the protection of the provider. Many of our customers participate in our membership discount and supply this product to their customers. We have gathered surveys and feel there is a necessary component to the success of each diabetic patient and that is health coaching. The supplier provides the product and the manufacturer offers a call center to set up the patient with their new device. However with so many patients, the suppliers have found it difficult to run their patients' report quarterly and insert into the re-order of test strips and to maintain constant communication on the utilization of their tracking device. To answer this call for help, HME Providers is offering a fulfillment center for all of their members to include storing and drop shipping supplies to your patient with the online reports of their testing. This also includes making phone calls to the patients to ensure they are properly using the product and verifying if they have any additional questions or concerns.
 How Does It Work?
- You receive an order from your patient for Infopia products
- Fax or email the delivery ticket to HME Providers
- HME Providers will prepare the package, insert the Eocene with detailed instructions and track the shipment to your patient.
- For all re-orders of supplies, HME Providers will also print the results from your patients' individual results and mail to them and their physician, if requested.
- The HME Providers call center will contact patients to ensure they received the product and assist with walking them through setting the product up.
- If there are certain parameters established by that patients' physician (ie; their readings are either high or low) the call center will contact the patient and any other specified person, either family member or physician.
- We will help DME dealers get accredited and help them establish their businesses.
The benefit to you, the provider, is by offering health coaching services in addition to supplying, you will earn respect from referral sources and be able to offer the patient something no other diabetic supply manufacturer or supplier does.
